2020-2021

The year 2020 was both pivotal and challenging for HK-Systems, stabilization of the company in the challenging period across the world, maintaining and assuming we keep the place it deserves within the new normal structures.

Allow me here to highlight the key tasks (Project) we have undertaken since 2020 with the aim of assuring and consolidating HK-Systems’s presence in the African countries by operating from a central office.

To reinforce our positions, my primary task has been to expand the scope of our Clients. We have made a special effort to promote HKS Brand. In the last year 2021, HKSSA Lansdowne transformation was successful, so that in expanding our Solutions and Services. HKSSA Lansdowne is now in Lansdowne and surrounding areas leading Internet/ IT service. The new digital way of work is offering us new growth opportunities. We are submitting a Mobile App for approval in order to expand our footprint across the national / Africa territory, in both English & French languages.

Despite Covid restrictions & increased competition, HKS’s overall clients remained stable.

I see this as evidence of the quality of our delivery model and the focus on new Technology, also of the relevance of our decision to concentrate on our Mission.

After the introduction of working from Anywhere in December 2015, The IT Service and Internet Café Services have helped retain our Clients by adapting to the different expectations and needs.

Our Hair-Salon Service has dramatically increased its traffic in 2021 by 21%, 2022 strategy by flying in 48% increase.
